Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you would like to return your unused item, we only request that you pay for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return claim, please visit our return portal and enter your order number and email address. When your return request is approved, a shipping label with be automatically generated and sent via email. Once we receive the item back, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method or via store credit, whichever method is selected. Please note that the original cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order total.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is deemed to be damaged or defective in any way, we will provide you with the option of receiving a replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund.
Did you purchase the wrong generation AirPod or the wrong side? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return for the item you mistakenly ordered, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can start the exchange process in our return portal.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
